Kati began her career as a functional medicine consultant in 2002 and has since been dedicated to educating healthcare professionals about lifestyle medicine and targeted supplementation. She possesses a profound understanding of physiology and the ways that lifestyle influences health outcomes. Kati started a health coaching journey in 2020 for personal reasons and she’s excited to share her knowledge with people ready to take action and be more accountable for their health. Kati encourages clients to develop a healthier relationship with their body by concentrating on presence, intention, exploring the reasons why we sabotage our goals, and developing tools to manage the chaos of modern day living so we’re better equipped to make healthy choices.
