We, the Full Spectrum Health community, all want vitality, great sleep, excellent digestion, freedom from pain and a sharp brain! We want to stay younger longer and avoid the disability zone completely, if possible. The good news is -- we can do a lot to influence our own outcomes! Every choice we make either promotes health or contributes to the development of dis-ease.

Our lifestyle choices today build the cells we have tomorrow!

Give daily what your body needs for all systems to function properly
Take away and flush out the toxins

If you need help knowing what goals to set and how to reach them, figuring out what nutrients you need and how much, sourcing healthy food, changing your habits, balancing your blood sugar, appeasing your gut, getting quality sleep, or meeting another health goal, we have a new team member to introduce to you. Scroll down to read about Kati Winter, a Functional Medicine Consultant and Health Coach we have known since Eve worked with her in 2014.

Now, for today’s important reminder!
As Eve always said, ‘We live in a dirty world!’

Toxins are inescapable! They are in the air we breathe, the grass we walk on, the water we shower in, the cars we drive, the containers we use, the textiles we sit on, the cleaning products we use, the drugs we take, the personal care products we use and more.
Toxins…

  • disrupt our mitochondria
  • interrupt our healthy cell signaling and influence our gene expression
  • reduce our ability to clear toxins from our system as they accumulate
  • deplete our energy, dim our light, and make us feel sluggish
  • are increasingly correlated with chronic health problems

Our bodies are designed to remove toxins!
Many nutrients are required in the process!

Nutrients regulate all the chemical processes in the body, including removing toxins. For each molecule of a toxin to be changed from fat soluble to water soluble and excreted, it must undergo a two-phase process requiring the nutrients below:

  • Phase 1: Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Glutathione, Flavonoids
  • Phase 2: Methionine, Cysteine, Magnesium, Glutathione, Vitamin B5, B12, Vitamin C, Glycine, Taurine, Glutamine, Folic Acid, Choline

We use ‘food as medicine’ first, and then add supplements. These are the formulas we rely on to reduce our toxic load daily, along with our high potency multi-vitamin and plenty of clean water.

OptiCleanse GHI
A delicious, comprehensive vegan protein shake with targeted support to enhance detoxification, reduce inflammation, and boost gastro and liver health.

XenoProtX
Formulated to support the detoxification of xenoestrogens and environmental toxins (xenobiotics), while promoting healthy estrogen metabolism.

Liver Protect
Supports liver function and glutathione production with key ingredients like milk thistle extract and NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine), a vital antioxidant for detoxification.

NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine)
An essential antioxidant that helps replenish intracellular glutathione, supports liver health, and aids in detoxification processes.

Cytokine Balance
Offers broad-spectrum antioxidant and detox support, featuring glucoraphanin, green tea extract,  turmeric and resveratin to modulate inflammation and support immune balance.

OncoPLEX with Myrosinase
A concentrated source of glucoraphanin (broccoli seed extract), activated by myrosinase for optimal bioavailability. Supports cellular defense, detoxification, and antioxidant activity.

We use different ones at different times for different reasons, and we are here to talk about it. If you are interested or have questions, call or email us. The product name with take you directly to the product information sheet when clicked.

Exercise is another awesome way to support our ability to get rid of toxins – in a chair, in a pool, anyway and anywhere you can. Break a sweat!

  • When you speed up your blood circulation aerobically–your sweat helps flush toxins through your pores.
  • Exercise and movement pump your lymph fluid, which removes toxins and other harmful materials.
  • When you take in more oxygen all your cells function better, including removing toxins.
  • Regular exercise reduces the amount of fatty tissue in the body, thus releasing the toxins stored in the fat cells.

EWG.org is a great resource for household and personal care products.
